I love being a PI Certified Partner, however a few years ago, I knew I needed more balance and structure to handle the growing demands. I was definitely not doing a great job at wearing all the hats needed to build new business and keep current clients.
Having started with Predictive Index as a client over 15 years ago, I understand our customers' world, as well as their challenges and needs. Once I joined the PI Headquarters team in 2012, I saw firsthand the ups and downs that new PI Consultants face as they built their client base and sustainable revenue. Now, as a PI Select Partner, I understand this journey first-hand.
Through a lot of trial and error as a solopreneur PI consultant, I figured out how to leverage technology and systems to simplify and balance: new customer acquisition, professional services, training delivery, client growth, and renewals. I codified my lessons learned into SOPs and templates that help me successfully juggle all the components needed to grow and scale as a PI partner.
Now, I want to share it with you.
