Whether you are building a business, leading a team, running a busy home, or more – it’s tough. I was struggling myself, quite frankly. I had experienced some tough turns recently and knew I needed more balance to handle the demands of my ‘full tilt’ life. I was definitely not doing a great job at balancing the work of building new business and keeping current clients.
Having started with PI as a client over 15 years ago, I understand our customers' world, as well as their challenges and needs. Once I joined the PI Headquarters team in 2012, I saw firsthand the ups and downs that new PI Consultants faced as they built their client base. Now, as a PI Select Partner, I walked that road first-hand.
Through a lot of trial and error as a solopreneur PI consultant, I figured out how to leverage technology and systems to simplify and balance: new customer acquisition, services, training, client growth, and renewals. I codified my lessons learned into SOPs and templates that help me successfully juggle all the components needed to grow and scale as a PI partner.
Now, I want to share it with you.
