At the beginning of 2020, when everyone’s world got turned upside down, I became, understandably, stressed out. And I started trying so many methods to de-stress. Every technique, app, tutorial, website, blog, etc. I knew that if I could create a mindfulness routine for myself that it would be well worth the investment. I knew that it would increase my positivity AND productivity, but I still had trouble consistently putting 15 or 20 minutes of my day aside to work on myself.

Whether you are building a business, leading a team, running a busy home, or more – it’s tough. I was struggling myself, quite frankly. I had experienced some tough turns recently and knew I needed more balance to handle the demands of my ‘full tilt’ life. I was definitely not doing a great job at balancing the uncertainty.

I had tried in the past to start meditation (So. Many. Times.). I had tried to be more present and more focused. I was inconsistent at best. I knew I needed a mindfulness hack that would be a game-changer.

So, out of my need for a way to turn my days around, the 2 Minute Mirror Method was born. I shared it with everyone from friends to my coaching clients. They loved it and gave me feedback that helped to make it even more effective. Now, I have this leadership mindset technique that enhances every day productivity. It helps to keep me focused on my big goals, stay in a positive mindset, and releases me from the overwhelm that was too common not that long ago.

Now, I want to share it with you. I haven't created a huge program or long book. I want to get these ideas and steps into your hands as quickly as I possibly can.
